区域水资源规划的研究

Research of Regional Water Resource Planning

介绍了区域水资源规划工作的指导思想、任务和目的,提山了区域水资源规划管理的技术路线,并分别论述了水资源优化配置的三种模式,即“以需定供”、“以供定需”和“供需结合”,在此基础上分析了水资源优化配置研究的发展趋势.

The guidelines, task and purpose of regional water resource planning are introduced. It has proposed the technological route of the planning management of regional water resource and described three kinds of modes of rational distribution of water resource respectively, namely, “determine supply according to need”, “determine need according to supply” and “combine supply with need together”. Based on these, the paper analyzes the developing tendency in studying the rational distribution of water resource.
