摘要
从混凝土底板、混凝土墙板及石砌体等方面,对住宅常见渗漏部位的监督要点进行了论述,提出了相应的防治做法和建议.
In orde to adapt to need of social development,quality of residential project should be fully risen up. It discusses main inspective points of common seepage places in residence from aspect of concrete bottom board.concrete wall board and brick body and puts forward coresponding ways ＆ suggestions.
