Promoting Multi-polarization of World Structure to Construct a Harmonious International Environment

随着苏联解体后两极格局的瓦解,世界格局不断向多极化演进。在当前经济全球化的背景下,世界“单极多元”的基本格局没有改变,但“一超多强”结构中的角色正在发生变化,各国之间意识形态分歧逐渐弱化,大国关系在复杂多变中日趋成熟,世界格局越来越受区域化制约。促进世界多极化格局在曲折中前进,打造和谐国际环境,是建立公正、合理、民主的国际新秩序,促进世界和平与发展的必然要求。

With the breakup of the Soviet Union and the collapse of bi-polar structure, the world structure develops the trend of multi-polarization. This paper points out the current situation of the world structure, then analyzes the factors influencing the trend, then gives some suggestion on how to promote multi-polarization.
