摘要
论述了水龙头塑件由于具有内外螺纹及两处抽芯的复杂结构特点,先后提出了两种设计方案,将4个油缸的抽芯设计改为侧抽芯(行位)设计,不仅降低了模具的复杂程度和模具的制造成本,而且操作更容易。
The complicated characters of water faucet plastic part with inner and outer thread and core-drawing in two positions are stated, and two design projects are provided. The side core-drawing （row position） design changed from four cylinders core-drawing simplifies the complicated degree and lowers the manufacture costs of die, as well as brings convenient to operation.
