摘要
调查、接种传毒试验和电镜观察结果表明,介体条沙叶蝉传播的小麦类菌原体兰矮病主要在小麦春季苗期初侵染,自生麦苗发病为主要初侵染源。
Based on the results of field survey, pathogenesity tests and electron microscope observations, the primary infection of wheat mycoplasma-like organism blue dwarf disease (WMBD) transmitted by vector leaf hopper Psammotettix striiatus occured mainly in autumn wheat seedling period and the diseased volunteer wheat seedlings were the main infection sources.
