摘要
以柠檬酸为酸化剂,选择269头29±1~59±1日龄的大约克夏和长白仔猪,分三次试验,分析了酸化饲粮对仔猪血清胰岛素、脂肪酶、甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸、血糖、总蛋白等六种生化指标的影响。结果表明:采食酸化饲粮后仔猪血清胰岛素浓度提高,脂肪酶活力下降(P>0.05),甘油三酯含量降低(P>0.05),游离脂肪酸含量降低(P<0.05).血糖浓度下降(P<0.05),总蛋白含量提高(P<0.01)。作者提出胰岛素浓度的提高进而使合成代谢加强是酸化饲粮促进仔猪生长的生化基础。
The studies involving 260 Large Yorkshire and Landrace piglets (29±1~59±1 d of age) were conducted to investigate the effect of diet acidification on six blood biochemical indexes (serum insulin,lipase.triglyceride,free fatty acid,serum sugar,total serum protein) of piglets.The acidifier was citric acid.There were 3 experiments in the studies.The results showed that the serum insulin concentrations increased,thelipase activity decreased(P>0.05),the triglyceride content decreased (P>0.05),the free fatty acids decreased (P<0.05),the serum sugars decreased (P<0.05)and the total serum protein increased (P<0 01) in blood of the piglets after feeding acidificated diets.The increase of insulin concentration enhanced synthetic metabolism,this was the biochemical basis of diets acidification promoting growth of piglets.
