超声诊断高龄性心肌致密化不全2例报告 被引量：1

摘要 心肌致密化不全(noncompaction of ventricular myocardium,NVM)是一种罕见的心肌病,又称为海绵样心肌病(spongy myocardium),大多与其他先天性畸形并存,也可孤立性存在,称为孤立性心肌致密化不全(isolated noncompaction of ventricular myocardium,IN-VM).国外学者Engberding等[1]1984年首次报道,国内自唐红伟等[2]第一次报道以来,近年可见散在的个案报道.本院近期诊断的两例均为高龄患者,极为少见,现报道如下:
