新形势下我国企业内部控制的思考

内部控制是衡量现代企业管理的重要标志。随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展 ,企业内部控制越来越重要。本文主要针对现阶段企业内部控制体系的存在问题及其原因进行探析 ,并提出在新形势下关于对我国的内部控制观及对加强和改进内部控制的建议。

AS an important criterion of modern enterprise administration evaluation, internl control has shown its increasing importance with the development of socialist market economy in our comtry, This paper analyzed the existing problems and their causes of controlling system inside enterprises, and put forward suggestions on strenghtening interanl contol in the enterprises.
