Decision Support System in Vitro Propagation in Horticultural Crops in Factory Scale

本文首先分析园艺植物苗木快繁决策的基本依据，包括：繁殖对象，市场需求，主要技术指标，劳动力和基础设施等诸因素及其相关性，进而利用ＩＢＭ类微机，ＦｏｘＢａｓｅ软件，建立园艺植物苗木快繁决策支持系统．本系统的主要功用有：计算投入—产出比，为投资决策提供支持；生产计划优化和生产日程安排；提供技术咨询．

There are some essential factors affecting production of invitro propagation in factory scale, including: market requirement; propagation material; technique elements such as ratio of multiplication, passage time, ratio of variation, medium, controlled condition; labor force; foundation installations. On the basis of analysis of these factors, by using IBM PC with MFoxBase software, decision support system in vitro propagation in horticultural crops in factory scale (DSS3I) was establishmented. The function of the DSS3I are as follows: for calculating the ratio of investment to output value, supplying user with the decision support for benefit foretell of the item; for formulating production plan and production schedule; for supplying user with technical consult. The establishment of DSS3I could be conductive to transforming the technical achivements of in vitro propagation to productivity.
