龟鳖营养液的研制

Manufacture of Tortoise-turtle Nutritive Liquid

以药食两用的龟、鳖、枸杞、何首乌等天然原料，采用食用级中性蛋白酶生物制剂，制成了色、香、味具佳的龟鳖营养液。本文介绍了该营养液的配方。

Tortoise-turtle Nutrivtive Liquid was rifined of natural, special species of tortoise, turtle, the fruit of Chinese wolfberry(Lycium chinense) and the tuber of multiflower knotweed (Polygonum multiflorum), etc, using edible neutral proteinase biological preparation. The product is of the fine color and flavour and delicious taste. This paper has introduced the formula, processing technique and quality requirements of the nutritive liquid.
