On Form,Content and Elegance of College Newspaper

内容和形式是报纸版面的两个方面,本文从这两个方面出发,就如何办好高校校报这一问题,从版面的色调、稿件的内容和文章语言的三个层面进行简单论述。

Form and content are the two important aspects of a good layout of newspaper. From these two aspects, the paper discusses the problem on three levels： form of layout, content of article, and elegance of language as to how to enhance college newspaper.
