不同染色体倍性甜菜花粉形态观察

Pollen grain Morphology of sugarbeets(Beta vulgaris)of Different plody

采用扫描电子显微镜（ＳＥＭ）对二倍体、三倍体和四倍体甜菜的花粉进行了形态观察，同时进行了扫描摄影及特征描述。结果表明：三种甜菜花粉在花粉粒的形状、萌发器官类型及表面纹饰等主要性状上均为相同；不同染色体倍性品种的花粉之间，在花粉粒的体积、萌发孔的数量、孔口直径和孔膜表面纹饰等方面亦有一定差别。

Morphological chracters of pollen grains of diploid,triploid and te-traploid sugarbeets were examined by scanning electron Microscope(SEM).The resultsshowed that the pollen grains of the three sugarbeets are similar in terms of the shape,germinating type and surface strucfures,There:are some differences in terms of the sice,amount of germinating bores,diameterof the bore,bore membrane striae between thepollen grains of different ploidy.
