摘要
本文介绍了荧光法对微量赤霉素(GA)的测定方法,主要就其反应条件的控制方面做了一系列探索,为准确测定马铃薯等植物中赤霉素的含量建立了严格的控制条件,在此方法下的最低检出限为13ng,赤霉素含量在0~120mg/ml范围线性关系良好,为 与所测样品含量接近,本文选0~20mg。ml浓度范围作标准曲线;样品的平均回收率为87.7%。
A fluorospectrophotometric method was used for the rapid determinationof gibberellin in the growth process of potato.As little as 13ng gibberellin i n the sample could be detected by the method,Coeffi-cients of variation and recovery rate for potato were 2~5% and 87.7%,respcfively.
