Determination of Gibberellin in Potato by Fluorometric Method

本文介绍了荧光法对微量赤霉素（ＧＡ）的测定方法，主要就其反应条件的控制方面做了一系列探索，为准确测定马铃薯等植物中赤霉素的含量建立了严格的控制条件，在此方法下的最低检出限为１３ｎｇ，赤霉素含量在０～１２０ｍｇ／ｍｌ范围线性关系良好，为 与所测样品含量接近，本文选０～２０ｍｇ。ｍｌ浓度范围作标准曲线；样品的平均回收率为８７．７％。

A fluorospectrophotometric method was used for the rapid determinationof gibberellin in the growth process of potato.As little as 13ng gibberellin i n the sample could be detected by the method,Coeffi-cients of variation and recovery rate for potato were 2～5% and 87.7%,respcfively.
