摘要
本文探讨了凝乳型糜乐乳酸菌饮料的制备方法,工艺流程。糜米经水洗,打浆、均质、过滤、调制与辅料混合:经乳酸菌发酵制成凝乳型饮料,得出了该饮料的最佳配方及主要技术指标。
This paper studies the preparation rnethod and technological process ofCactobacillus beverage of Rennebing type.It has been proved by experiments that thisbeverage has delicious and good technological properties.
