细读SK电讯20年辉煌的历史,大体有四次大的转型给我留下了较为深刻的印象.每一次成功转型都发展壮大了SK电讯,最终成就了SK电讯世界一流通信运营商的地位.而每一次成功转型又都与"蓝色海洋"密不可分.
The book of《Blue Ocean Strategy》tells us that the high-speed development results in supply exceeding demand in the society now. This phenomenon appears in many different industries. In order to realize the sustainable development and make profit, every enterprise must create the new market space without competition inside, which can be said to be the "Blue Ocean". After going to Korea, we find that the blue ocean strategy is fully implemented in SK.
