摘要
长期以来研究人员利用水浸聚焦探头发出的超声波在水中聚焦形成的焦点对结构件内部的微小缺陷进行检验,从中可知,对于焦柱的位置的确定直接影响着检测结果的好坏.检测人员所采用检验工艺的理论依据是几何聚焦原理,这是一种近似的几何运算,在进行实际检验时可能存在一些偏差.本文对此进行了理论分析和实验验证,研究结果表明运用几何聚焦原理测算出的焦点位置与实际焦点位置存在一些偏差,作者还介绍了一种测试和分析声场的方法,通过实验并结合软件对斜入射时超声在试件内部的声场进行了分析.
Immersion focusing ultrasonic test technology was widely used in testing minute defects of structure specimen. So, focus position is important to the reliability of detecting result. Testing process by detector is based on geometry focus principles and it's an approximate calculation, so that it will lead to a certain extent error. This paper confirmed the existence of the error between theoretical analyzing and experimental validating. At the same time, a new method of measuring sound field in angle beam incidence is proposed.
