摘要 采用核磁共振(1HNMR)法表征了合成样品的化学结构,用1HNMR法和气相色谱(GC)法分别测定了样品中1、4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)的含量。结果表明,合成的样品完全符合对苯二甲酸、乙二醇、CHDM共聚物(PETG)的化学结构特征。1HNMR法测定的结果与实际投料值之间存在一定的差异,CHDM的投料在20%-50%范围内时,CHDM的投料值与测定值之间的差异并不大,实际操作时可以将投料值作为实际值处理。 The chemical structure of the synthesized sample was characterized with ^1H NMR method,and the content of CHDM was measured with ^1H NMR method and GC method. Result showed that the synthesized sample is absolutely in accordance with the chemical structural characterization of terephthalic acid,EG,and CHDM copolymer( PETG), but the result measured with ^1H NMR method was slightly diferent with the practical feed volume. When the feed volume (mole fraction) of CHDM is controlled between 20% to 50% , there are little difference between the practical feed volume of CHDM and its measured value, and the two can be treated equal in practical operation.
