根据上海市用户评价中心提供的上海石油化工股份有限公司腈纶产品用户满意度的测评数据,结合公司目前腈纶产品的质量和服务质量情况,探讨了用户满意度与用户忠诚度、用户对产品地位和产品价格的感知情况的关系,以及影响用户满意度的关键因素。
Based on the measuring data provided by Shanghai Customer Evaluation Center for users'satisfaction degree for the acrylic fibers products produced by SPC, associating with the practical products and service quality of acrylic fibers, the relations between customers'satisfaction degree, faithfulness degree, and users' recognition of products status and prices, as well as the key factors affecting users'satisfaction degree of acrylic fibers products were discussed.
