By employing documents, interviews and questionnaires, the paper makes an investigation and analysis of the present situation of winter outdoor swimming in Xiamen and Jinmen, and illustrates its significance and existing problems, with an attempt to provide a reference for the better development of winter outdoor swimming in Xiamen and Jinmen and for more sports exchanges and cooperation between the two places.
