脉痹通颗粒剂对大鼠静脉血栓形成抑制和溶解作用

Inhibition and Dissolution Effects on the Venous Thrombosis by Maibitong Ⅰ and Maibitong Ⅱ in Rat

本文就不同工艺制备的中药复方制剂脉痹通颗粒剂Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号对大鼠静脉血栓形成抑制和溶解作用进行了研究。结果表明,二药均有抑制血栓形成作用,其中脉痹通颗粒剂Ⅱ号在大剂量(3.2mg/kg)时对静脉血栓兼有溶解作用,且其作用明显强于脉痹通Ⅰ号和阳性对照药通塞脉片。

This study was to compare the effects of Maibitong Ⅰ and Maibitong Ⅱ ,two chi-nese herb compounds produced by different procedure,on the thrombosis of vena cava inferior in rat. The results showed that both of the 2 drugs inhibited the thrombosis .besides .Maibitong Ⅱ also dissolved the venous thrombus at large dose (3. 2mg/kg). Maibitong Ⅱ is better than Maibitong Ⅰ and Tongsemai tablet in the effects of inhibiting and dissolving the venous thrombosis in rat.
