摘要
用苯羟乙酸和孔雀石绿萃取分光光度法测定血清硼。该法采用加入1ml苯羟乙酸,0.8ml孔雀石绿,pH=3,检测波长635nm为显色,检测条件、方法的精密度和准确度均良好,线性范围为0~2×10^(-5)ml/L,与其它比色法比,具有准确、简便、灵敏等优点。
A method for determining boron in serum by extraction-spectrophotometry was described. The reaction acted best at 1ml mandelic acid, 0.8ml malachite green, pH = 3. Ab-sorbance at 635nm and concentration were linearly from 0 to 2×10-5mol of boron per liter. The method is precise,simple and sensitive.
