网络将世界连接成地球村,它既给人们带来了便利和效益,也带来了不安和恐惧,本文以此为突破口,通过对我国网络立法的回顾,提出将信息网络法作为一个独立的法律条文并从宏观和微观两个方面进行了阐述。

Network connects the world into an earth village,which brings about convenience and benefit and meanwhile,unease and fear.Based on this breach,by reviewing network legislation in China,the essay pro- poses that the law of information network should be set up as an independent section and discusses it from both macro-and micro-sides.
