气相色谱填充柱固定相丙烷常温液态涂渍法及其分离HAPs的柱效评价

摘要 描述了一种气相色谱填充柱固定相涂渍的新方法,并对新方法进行了初步研究.结果表明:用新方法涂渍的EEP/80~100目硅胶柱对HAPs中C1~C5烃的分离效果良好.柱子在氢气为载气、流速30~90ml/min范围内H扩F曲线平滑,固定液涂渍均匀,固定液/担体配比能准确控制,无需高温干燥。方法简便易行、快速。 The paper had described a new method to coat gas chromatographic stationary phase of packed column. Besides, the preliminary study on its efficiencies has been carried out. The study showed that the testing column which packed with EEP/80-100 hole silica gel, can separate C1-C5 hydrocarbon in HAPs effectively. The column's Heff-F curves are smooth within 30-90 ml/min with hydrogen as carrying gas. The stationary liquid is well-proportioned on the carrier. The rate of stationary liquid/carrier can be precisely controlled, The stationary phase was dried at room temperature. The operation is simple and convenient.
