即将颁布的国家标准《综合医院建筑设计规范》根据我国国情提出一般手术部定义与手术环境控制措施。本文从一般手术室的定位与污染控制的思路出发,提出与一般手术部相适应的控制要求与空调系统。这将大大降低一般手术部造价与运行费用,有力促进我国一般手术室的建设与发展。

China standard ＂Architectural design code for general hopital＂ has been revised and would be published sonn. From our national conditions, the general operating department has been defined and its environmental control measures have been put forward in the standard. According to the orientation of generan operating room and its contaminafin control thinking, the related control requirement and air- conditioning system have been put forward in the paper. It would decrease the first investment of the general operating department greatly and make the construction and development of the general operating room more smoothly.
