过敏性紫癜患者血清和骨髓IgG，SIgA，MTL和FRT的研究

本文研究了过敏性紫癜患者血清和骨髓ＩｇＧ、ＳＩｇＡ、ＭＴＬ和ＦＲＴ的含量并讨论其变化的临床意义。临床确诊的过敏性紫癜患者２３例（男９例，女１４例），年龄３６．４±１４．２岁，全部患者均排除原发性或继发性血小板减少性紫癜、血友病和再生障碍性贫血，同时排除心肝脑肾及内分泌疾病。病因包括药物性１２例，食物性６例和原因不明５例。首次发病１４例，２次发病６例和２次以上发病３例。疾病分类包括紫癜型１８例，关节型４例，混合型１例。患者Ｈｂ为１３５．６±１１．７ｇ／Ｌ，ＲＢＣ为（４．１９±１．５８）×１０（１２）／Ｌ，血小板为（１８９±９６）×１０９／Ｌ，ＷＢＣ正常。患者均于晨６～７时空腹卧位取静脉血，当日上午取骨髓。血清和骨髓ＩｇＧ，ＳＩｇＡ，ＭＴＬ和ＦＲＴ均用放射免疫法测定。对照组２４例（男１０例，女１４例），年龄３１．６±１１．３岁。过敏性紫癜患者与对照组比较，血清ＩｇＧ（２４．５７±９．０５对１３．０６±６．９７ｇ／Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．０５）和ＳＩｇＡ（１．７３±０．７１对１．３４±０．５９ｇ／Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．０５）明显升高，而ＭＴＬ（２０８．４７±８９．５５μｇ／Ｌ对２０７．３２±９８．４５μｇ／Ｌ，Ｐ＞０．０５）和ＦＲＴ（?

The purpose of this study was to de-termine changes in serum and bone marrow levels of theimmunoglobulin G,A(IgG, SIgA),motilin(MLT)andferritin(FRT)that were measured by radioimmunoassaykit in 23 patients with allergic purpura; also studiedwere 26 normal subjects as controls.In the patients,serum IgG(24. 57±9. 50 vs 13. 06±6. 97g/L,P<0.05)and SIgA(1.73±0.71 vs 1.34±0.59g/L,P<0.05) were highter,MTL and FRT were nochange than in the normal subjects;there were no differ-ence between serum and bone marrow levels.After pa-tients with al lergic purpura recovered,serum levels ofIgG and SIgA were normal.These findings supply atheory for study changes of immunization and diseasechanges in patients with allergic purpura.
