原发性腹膜后肿瘤的诊断与治疗（附61例报告）

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Retroperitoneal Tumours

报告６１例原发性腹膜后肿瘤（简称ＰＲＴ），良性２６例，恶性３５例，完整切除３２例。ＰＲＴ的早期诊断困难，是影响其切除串的主要因素。治疗以根治性切除为主结合化疗、放疗，但不强求。对与重要脏器侵犯严重者手术应适可而止，可行部分切除以减压为目的。对复发者可再次手术切除。

This paper investigated 61 cases ofprimary retroperito-neal tumours were admitted to ourhospital, including 26 benign cases and 35 malignantcases.Totally,32 cases were of complete excision.Thepreoperative diagnosis was difficult,and it was the mainfactorfor effective excision.The excision,combined withchemotherapy and radiotherapy,is re commended for thetreatment of primary retroperitoneal tumours.The radi-cal operation is considered as the principle in the treat-ment, but for the cases with severe main organ involve-ment.the excision should be proper.The partial excisioncould be applied to those cases to reduce the pressure.Meanwhile,second excision can be conducted on the re-current cases.
