直营式和特许经营是目前连锁经营的两种模式。饼店作为焙烤行业中最直接与消费者接触的场所,正更多地采取连锁经营的形式。这其中,由于具有投资少、入门低,且发展迅速的行业特征,特许经营的模式也越来越受到商家的关注。
The straight managing type and franchise operation are two kinds of modes of managing in chain at present. As the processing and seller which contacted with consumers most directly in the roast trade, the pastry shop industry are adopting the form of chain operation more and more. Because of the trade characteristic that developing fast with little investment, the mode of franchise operation receives more concern of the trade company.
