电子束钎焊简化温度场模拟

摘要 针对毛细管板结构特点,建立了一个简化的二维有限元分析模型,利用ANSYS软件进行钎焊温度场模拟,计算了7种电子束扫描轨迹对钎焊接头周围温度场的影响,获得了最佳扫描轨迹。同时,讨论了最佳扫描轨迹下电子束钎焊工艺参数对温度场的影响。 According to the characteristics of capillary tube-to-plate structure, a simplified 2D finite element analysis model is established. The brazing temperature field simulation is carried out by means of ANSYS software. The effects of 7 scanning tracks of EB on the temperature fields around brazing joints are calculated, and the optimal scanning track is obtained. Meanwhile, the effects of processing parameters of EB brazing on the temperature field at optimal scanning track are discussed.
