Compilation Method for Loaded Spectrum on Motorcycle Fatigue Test Stand

研究了国产摩托车疲劳试验台及其路面谱编制方法,在原始振动信号预处理、零点矫正、畸点消除、载荷压缩方面提出了新的处理方式,提出了突峰因子法以消除失真信号,所编制的载荷谱得到了厂家的认可并已应用于疲劳试验台载荷谱编制中。

The national motorcycle fatigue test stand and its road spectrum compilation methods are researched. The new methods for original vibration signal preprocessing, zero correct, distortion removal and load compression are put forward. A “pump parameter method” is used to eliminate distortion signal. The loaded spectrum compiled has been used in loaded spectrum compiling of fatigue test stand.
