摘要 介绍了臭氧逆变电源的整体设计和IGBT对驱动电路的设计要求,指出了用EXB841直接驱动IGBT时存在的问题和不足,提出了应用EXB841设计驱动电路的改进用法,并将优化电路成功应用于臭氧电源中。 The general design of power supply of ozonizcr, and the demands of IGBT driving circuit are introduced. Some problems are pointed out in the working process of direct driving IGBT by EXB841's. The effective countermeasures are put forward. The optimized circuit is applied to power supply of ozonizer successfully.
