摘要 大功率变频器主电路拓扑结构有许多方案,逆变模块并联扩容是目前最为常用的,但该方案在应用中存在工艺结构复杂,对模块的一致性要求高等问题。讨论了一种并联变频器的结构,设计了该结构下的电流、电压、温度等信号的检测和保护电路。通过实验,验证了用于本并联变频器的检测与保护电路是可行的,具有较好的实用价值; There are many methods for the topology structure of high power inverter. It is very common to use parallel inverter modules to get high power, but there are some problems such as more complex technical structure and more rigorous requirement of the modules'consistency in this method application. One structure of parallel inverters is discussed, and the detection and protection circuits of current, voltage, temperature in this structure are designed also. It is proved to feasible in using these detection and protection circuits in parallel inverters by practice study and have better practice value.
