加强项目管理中的成本控制与成本核算是工程公司的生存之本。笔者介绍了成本控制与成本核算的关系及其运用,并提出了如何加强项目管理中的成本控制与成本核算,提高管理效率。

Strengthening cost control and cost accounting in project management is the root of the development of an engineering company. In this paper, the relationship between cost control and cost accounting as well as their applications are introduced, and the methods to strengthen cost control and cost accounting in project management and improve management efficiency are put forward.
