Economic Freedom and Economic Regulation to Firms

经济自由与经济规制是企业行为的自然属性与社会属性的有机结合。作为一种最现实的微观经济组织,企业只要遵循价值规律,就享有充分竞争的经济自由,无所不能;但在“市场失败”的前提下,企业对市场的甄别、侵润和调整的能力在很大程度上决定了它同政府互动博弈的经济水平和实际效果,也决定了企业“有所能,有所不能”。企业的经济自由可以为现代企业制度的建设打开另一扇成功的大门,提高企业的市场竞争能力;而必要的合理的政府宏观调控及其相应的经济规制形式上是对企业经济自由的反动,事实上却是经济自由的伴侣。

Economic freedom and economic regulation are the integration of natural feature and social feature of firm behaviors. As a microcosmic economic organization,the firm can enjoy the economic freedom of complete competition and do everything it likes if only it follows the value rules.On the promise of market failure, the firms＇ ability for identification and adjustment of markets has a great influence on the economic level and true effect of interactive game with government but also determines what the firms can do and what they can not do.The economic freedom can open a successful door for the establishment of modem enterprises system to improve their competitiveness in markets.The necessary rational government＇s macro adjustment and the corresponding economic regulation form are the negation of economic freedom in firms and a parther of economic freedom in fact.
