企业是现代社会的微观基础。照搬以利润最大化为目标的西方企业理论,以及以对员工剩余价值的夺取作为利润主要来源的生产方式,导致了工人对企业、对社会的不满。把儒家伦理与现代企业组织理论结合起来,确立新的企业理论与新的企业治理结构,营造和谐的企业生产方式,是我国当前社会和谐的重要基础。

Enterprises and businesses are the microcosmic basis of modern society. Western Enterprises Theory aims at the maximum benefit and the producing mode which is to capture the surplus value created by employees as the main source of benefit, aroused the workers a grievance to enterprises and society. It is the important basis of present society harmony to combine the Confucian ethics with the modern organizational theory, to establish new enterprise theory and company governance structure and harmonious producing mode.
