古代游牧民族和农业民族的形成,是自然选择和人的选择的必然结果。由于自然环境等的影响,二者经济发展状况、阶级结构和政体形式各具特色。在人类社会历史进程中,二者的交往与交流、碰撞与融合既推进了两类民族自身的发展,又促进了整个人类社会的进步。
