摘要
研究了摊铺机行驶控制系统,结合摊铺机行驶系统的功能要求及PLC的特点,完成了控制系统的硬件和软件设计。对其作业速度进行闭环控制,将模糊自整定PID控制策略引入行驶控制系统中,通过软件编程的方法在S7-200上实现了模糊自整定PID控制,弥补了PLC计算能力不足,避开了复杂的计算。同时,使闭环控制系统动态性能大大提高。通过试验,证实了控制系统设计的可行性和合理性。
The thesis probes into the travelling control system according to the functional requirements of vehicle system and of asphalt paver, accomplishes the hardware design and the software design the features of PLC. the closed circuit control is used in working velocity, Fuzzy-Adjustable-PID control is integrated into the design of the control system, it is realized on S7-200 by software, this can make up the shortcoming of PLC's calculating ability without complex calculation. Dynamic performance of closed circuit control system is improved, and the tests are carried out to testify the reasonableness and the feasibility of the designed PLC control system.
