围绕生态省建设是我省在新时期坚持可持续发展的新模式问题的探讨,着重阐述了完善法制建设在促进我省经济发展中的重要性,并对如何进行生态省建设提出了积极建议。

This paper is concentrated on the issue that to build up an ecosystem- friendly province is a new model for the sustainable development in the new era in Guizhou. It focuses on the importance of completing the construction of legal system to the economic development in Guizhou, and puts forward suggestions on how to build Guizhou into an ecosystem- friendly province.
