The author demonstrates two ways to protect constitutional rights directly or indirectly. What the citizens＇ rights are directly entitled by constitution is defined as direct protection and the allocation and implementation of power stipulated in the constitution is defined as indirect protection. This style classification of constitution protection can bring the contitution soul to our face, which is hiden in the terms of constitution, and also make us broken through the limitation of direct protection of rights. And this paper also points out the defaults of protection of private property in our country constitution.
