摘要
国有企业的深化改革,现代企业制度的建立,改变了企业原有的产业结构、组织结构和职工队伍结构,给经济、组织、就业、分配等各领域带来一系列复杂、深刻地变化。国有企业的工会组织必须正确认识面临的问题,分析新情况,创新工作思路,树立品牌意识,积极探索职工民主管理的实现途径,才能在服务于企业改革发展大局的前提下做好工作。
The deepening of reform and building of modern enterprise system have changed old structure of production, organization and employee team, brought series of complex and profound changes in economy, organization, employment assignment. The Union must correctly realize facing problems, analyze new situation, innovate working idea, set up ideology of trade, actively probe practical approach to democratic staff management so as to do work well under major premise of serving reform and development for the enterprise .
