在企业深化改革、改制分流的过程中,工会组织必须始终坚持源头参与和维权机制的建设,构筑维护职工合法权益的平台和以职代会为基本形式的企业民主管理体系,并充分发挥职代会的作用。
In the process of deepening reform and system - changing and shunting in enterprise, the Union must stick to take part in from very beginning and construction of right - maintaining, build platform to maintain employee' s legal rights and democratic management system with Conference of Employee Reference as fundamental form, and give full play of function of Conference of Employee Representative.
