摘要
传统的国有企业员工的职业生涯阶梯主要为管理型,而任何企业管理岗位的设置都非常有限,势必对专业技术型员工的职业生涯发展形成瓶颈,在很大程度上影响员工创造力的发挥和企业的持续发展。因此,解决专业技术人员的发展空间问题,探讨适合专业技术人员的职业阶梯模式,是人力资源管理的重要课题。
Traditional employee's professional steps in state- owned enterprises are mainly type of management, while the management positions in any enterprise are rather limited, which will shape like bottle neck for the development of technicians' careers, and affect giving play to their creation force and enterprise constant growing. Therefore, to solve the developing space for technicians and to probe into professional steps suitable for them is an important subject in human resources management.
