摘要
面对国内成品油市场逐步开放、国内外市场激烈竞争的局面,国内石油公司需要强化企业各项管理机制,全面提升企业的核心竞争力。通过分析湖南石油公司的信息管理机制现状,提出“管理与经营分离”的信息管理机制改革思路,即以整合现有信息资源为基础,以网络型组织为组织形式,组建专业化信息技术服务公司,为企业信息化建设提供强有力的支持。
Facing with the situation of gradual opening of domestic refined oil products market and fierce markets competition at home and abroad , domestic oil companies need strengthening management systems in enterprise and improve their central competitive forces. Analyzed status of information management in Hunan Oil Company, put forward innovation concept “separation of management and operation”, in information management system; that is: on the basis of reconstruction of present information resources, form net type organization,set up specialized information services, provide powerful support for the construction of information construction.
