摘要
监理工作是通过自身的专业技术、管理技术对业主的总目标、阶段目标进行控制,以保证建设项目的质量。分析目前阶段国内监理工作在工程项目建设中的局限与不足,找出存在的差距,探索在我国工程项目建设中如何更好地发挥监理作用的改进措施。
Supervision is to control general target, stage target for the owner by means of self technique and management, to ensure quality of the project. Analyzed limitation and shortage of supervision at present at home, found out the gap, probed into how to improve supervision in our proiects.
