临床教学中让护生仿效责任护士角色的效果分析

摘要 目的:探讨在临床教学中让护生仿效责任护士角色的临床教学效果。方法:对120名实习中后期护生随机分为实验组60例,让护生负责4~6个病人的整体护理,采用非指导性教学法、合作性教学法的放手放眼事后检查的带教方法。对照组60例,采用常规带教方法。结果:对护生出科前考核结果显示实验组的理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩和病历书写成绩明显优于对照组,差异有极显著性意义(P〈0.01);对带教老师的问卷调查结果显示实验组护生的护患关系、理论联系实际能力、应急能力、独立工作能力与对照组比较,差异有极显著性意义(P〈0.01);对病人问卷调查结果显示实验组护生的工作对病人造成的不良影响较对照组低(P〈0.01)。结论:临床教学过程中应适当增加护生的角色责任,让护生适当扮演护士角色,充分发挥护生的实习潜能,有利于提高护生独立思考、分析、处理问题的工作能力,提高护理教学质量。 Objective:Observe the teaching effect of nursing students imitate managing nurse in clinical education. Method:120 practical nursing students were randomly divided into two groups:test group 60 cases, Let them with responsibility for 4 - 6 patients nursing with “let them do and check their effect afterwards” teaching method including non- directed teaching and cooperative teaching;control group 60 cases, with routine teaching method. The teaching effect of two groups and the effect on the patients were compared with questionnaire Result: The exam result of the theories and operates and the nurxing recrds in test group were higher than control group singnificantly( P〈 0.01 );teaching effect of improved method was better than the routine one. Compared with the control group, the relationship between nurses and patients, theory practicing, meting an emergency, independent working ability were significantly difference( P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: In clinical education the teaching method should be improved, practical nursing students can be put as the managing nurse which can develop their practical potential thoroughoy and improve nursing teaching quality.
