Dynamic observations of SCL-90 in patients with heroin dependence during detoxification

目的观察海洛因依赖者脱毒期间SCL-90动态变化,了解其心理健康状况。方法对应用统一治疗方案的60例海洛因依赖者,采用SCL-90于入院时和治疗3d,7d,14d末进行评定分析。结果脱毒3d末SCL-90因子分和总分无显著差异(P>0.05);7d末与入院时比较,抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分及总分均显著下降(P<0.05);14d末与入院时比较,抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分和总分下降极显著(P<0.01),但偏执、精神病性因子分无显著性差异(P>0.05);出院时尿液吗啡定性检测均为阴性。结论海洛因依赖者脱毒后仍存在心理健康问题。

Objective To observe the dynamic changes of SCL-90 in patients with heroin dependence during detoxification and understand their mental health level. Methods 60 patients with heroin dependence who received same therapeutic scheme were assessed with the SCL-90 at admission and the ends of the 3^rd , 7^th and 14^th day of treatment. Results At the end of the 3^rd day, there were no significant difference in factor ＇ s and total score （ P〉0.05 ） ; Compared with admission, factors ＇ scores such as depression, anxiety and phobia as well as total score all significantly descended at the end of the 7^th day（P〈0.05 ）, and most significantly did at the end of 14^th day（P〈0.01 ）. At discharge, qualitative determination of urine morphine was negative. Conclusion Patients with heroin dependence still have psychoproblems.
