系统性红斑狼疮患者血清锌铜铁锰含量测定及意义

Determination of Zinc Copper Iron and Manganese Contents in serum of SLE patients

对４６例系统性红斑狼疮患者（活动期２６例，非活动期２０例）血清锌、铜、铁、锰含量进行了测定并与对照组进行了比较。结果表明：活动期患者血清锌、铜、铁含量均低于对照组，差异有显著性。非活动期上述４种微量元素含量与对照组比较无显著差异。另外，血清ＡＮＡ滴度改变与血清锌含量变化呈显著负直线相关关系提示血清锌含量降低可能是系统性红斑狼疮活动期的主要表现之一。

The article determined 46 SLE Patients (activity 26 Cases, non-activity 20 Cases)Zinc, Copper,Iron and Manganese Content in serum and Comparered with health adult,The result of thi study showed in activity Zinc Copper and Iron Contents deereased significantly,in non-activity these for trace elements do not changed markly,In addilion,there are negetive liner Cor-relation relationship between the change of ANA drop and zinc Content in activity, this mcans that zinc Content wowld be de-creased in activity of SLE
