目前，全球电信运营商们都已经开始将目光聚焦到移动和固网融合（FMC）上来，加强了对网络融合战略目标的评估和探索，有的已经实现了初步的融合。如：一是英国电信的蓝色电话，用户手机可以在DECT无绳电话和GSM移动电话二种模式下自动切换；二是卢森堡P＆T，多种融合业务、统一接入号码业务、个人号码业务等；三是丹麦电信，为用户提供单一的固话号码和移动电话号码，单一的话费清单；四是美国的USwest为用户提供单一号码，单一话费清单，
At present, Fixed Mobile Convergence （FMC） has attracted massive attentions from global telecom operators who strengthen the evaluation and exploration on the strategic target of network convergence, and some of which have realized the initial convergence.
