超声波对早孕绒毛膜超微结构的影响

目的：观察Ｂ超、双功能彩色多普勒仪（彩超）照射，对绒毛膜超微结构的影响。方法：将２６例早孕妇女分五组：Ⅰ组，未经超声照射；Ⅱ、Ⅲ组，分别经Ｂ超、彩超照射３０分钟后，于２４±１小时行人工流产术；Ⅳ、Ⅴ组，分别行Ｂ超、彩超照射３０分钟后，于７２±１小时行人工流产术。结果：Ⅱ、Ⅲ组细胞合体滋养层均见细胞核周间隙增大，粗面内质网扩张，胞质空泡化。结论：超声照射后，质膜和亚细胞器是受损的主要部位，细胞合体滋养层的上述改变，于照射７２小时后在一定程度上可以恢复。

Objective:Toevaluatetheefectsofdiagnosticultrasoundonvilusultrastructureofearlypregnancy.Methods:Usingtheelectronmicroscopy,theefectofB-modeultrasoundandcolorDopplerflowimageonvilusofearlypregnancywerestudied.46casesofearlypregnantwomenweredividedintofivegroups:GroupⅠ:controlgroup;GroupⅡandⅢ:24±1hoursafterexposuretoBmodeandcolorDopplerultrasoundfor30minutesrespectively;GroupⅣandⅤ:72±1hoursafterexposuretoBmodeandcolorDopplerultrasoundfor30minutesrespectively.Results:Expansionofperinuclearspaceincytotrophoblastsandsyncytiotrophoblasts,enlargementofroughendoplasmicreticulum,andvacuolizationinthecytoplasmwerefoundinGroupⅡandⅢ.Conclusions:Thepre-sentstudyshowedthatthemaininjuredsitesafterexposuretoultrasoundweretheplasmamembraneandsuborganeles.Thesechangesdisappearedwithin3days.
