摘要
目的:观察B超、双功能彩色多普勒仪(彩超)照射,对绒毛膜超微结构的影响。方法:将26例早孕妇女分五组:Ⅰ组,未经超声照射;Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,分别经B超、彩超照射30分钟后,于24±1小时行人工流产术;Ⅳ、Ⅴ组,分别行B超、彩超照射30分钟后,于72±1小时行人工流产术。结果:Ⅱ、Ⅲ组细胞合体滋养层均见细胞核周间隙增大,粗面内质网扩张,胞质空泡化。结论:超声照射后,质膜和亚细胞器是受损的主要部位,细胞合体滋养层的上述改变,于照射72小时后在一定程度上可以恢复。
Objective:Toevaluatetheefectsofdiagnosticultrasoundonvilusultrastructureofearlypregnancy.Methods:Usingtheelectronmicroscopy,theefectofB-modeultrasoundandcolorDopplerflowimageonvilusofearlypregnancywerestudied.46casesofearlypregnantwomenweredividedintofivegroups:GroupⅠ:controlgroup;GroupⅡandⅢ:24±1hoursafterexposuretoBmodeandcolorDopplerultrasoundfor30minutesrespectively;GroupⅣandⅤ:72±1hoursafterexposuretoBmodeandcolorDopplerultrasoundfor30minutesrespectively.Results:Expansionofperinuclearspaceincytotrophoblastsandsyncytiotrophoblasts,enlargementofroughendoplasmicreticulum,andvacuolizationinthecytoplasmwerefoundinGroupⅡandⅢ.Conclusions:Thepre-sentstudyshowedthatthemaininjuredsitesafterexposuretoultrasoundweretheplasmamembraneandsuborganeles.Thesechangesdisappearedwithin3days.
