超临界生物质气化产物的气相色谱法分析

摘要 富氢气体样品组分的定量和定性分析对于指导超临界生物质气化制氢实验研究非常重要。在GC-900 A 气相色谱仪中应用了Porapak-Q型填充柱,以氩气做载气、TCD热导为检测器,采用面积校正归一化法,成 功地分析出了超临界生物质气化制氢实验混合气体样品中的H2、CO、CH4、CO2等4种主要组分。该方法 快速、简单、成本低,满足了以制氢为目的的实验要求。 The analysis for the hydrogen-rich samples is very important for instructing the biomass gasification experiments. A GC-900 A gas chromatograph with Porapak-Q packed-column, argon carrier gas and thermal conductivity detector (TCD) is adopted in this paper. The major contents in the gas (H2, CO, CH4, CO2) from the experiment is analyzed in detail successfully. As a result, the biomass gasification technique, which is easy, cheap and effective, meets the requirements of the hydrogen making experiment.
