纤维支气管镜下美蓝染色对诊断支气管肺癌的临床价值

作者经纤维支气管镜行美蓝染色检查４７例患者，其中中心型肺癌３５例，炎症１２例。常规纤支镜检查中心型肺癌４０例。结果显示：正常粘膜不着色，中心型肺癌９７．１４％着色，炎症８．３３％着色。肺癌着色明显高于炎症着色，经χ２检验，有显著的统计学差异。染色组肺癌活检阳性率９７．０６％，高于常规镜检组活检阳性率的７７．５％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。故纤维支气管镜下美蓝染色有助于中心型肺癌的诊断、明确病变范围、指导活检。肺癌着色程度与癌细胞类型、分化程度、临床病理分期均无关。
